Bike rentals
- 2.1 Rental Requirements:
- Valid ID (passport or driver’s license) and a credit card deposit are required to hire bikes.
- Renters over 18 must sign for and supervise anyone under 16 years old.
- 16- and 17-year-olds may ride unsupervised but cannot supervise younger riders.
- 2.2 Return Policy:
- Bikes must be returned by 5:00 PM on the day of hire unless arranged otherwise. Late returns will incur additional charges equivalent to a second day’s hire.
- 2.3 Liability
- Renters are responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of hired equipment. Repair or replacement costs will be charged as necessary.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
- 6.1 Bike Rentals:
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may forfeit a portion or all of the rental fee.
- 6.2 Product Sales:
- Refunds or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided items are returned unused and in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
- Refunds on discounted items are subject to manager approval.
- 6.3 Servicing:
- Service cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
